His career in warehousing began in 1993 when he was a forklift driver for a public warehousing operation in Chicago.
Since then, Don has participated in virtually every role in the warehousing industry. Don has been with First Logistics since it was founded in 2003. As one of the first employees, Don has done everything from forklift operation to customer service representative to quality control manager.
Currently Customer Service Supervisor, Don is responsible for onboarding all new accounts and managing the integration necessary to assure sustained customer performance. Certified in teambuilding skills for managers and supervisors, Don is the company’s primary customer service trainer. His leadership in customer advocacy lends a clear voice to the type of quality service that the company provides.
