
ALSIP, IL – April 8, 2026 – First Logistics announced today that its owner and Chief Executive Officer, Bob Moran, has been recognized by the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA) with the Pinnacle Award – considered the industry’s highest honor. The Pinnacle Award stands as the top distinction granted by the IWLA, honoring individuals within the member organization for exceptional service, leadership, and significant contributions to the warehouse logistics industry.
Presented at the 2026 IWLA Annual Convention & Expo, the award recognizes those whose dedication has had a lasting and positive impact on the association’s mission and the industry at large. Previous recipients include leading professionals who have advanced industry standards and supported IWLA’s growth. Alongside the Pinnacle Award, Moran also received IWLA’s Hall of Fame honor, celebrating his sustained leadership and influence across warehousing, further underscoring Moran’s exemplary commitment to excellence.
Over the years, Moran has played an instrumental role in IWLA’s committees and board, while also developing the pricing methodology for IWLA’s pricing course, where he has served as a long-time instructor. “The IWLA has been a wonderful resource for me throughout my 40-plus-year career in warehousing. It has been an honor to serve their membership as an instructor, committee chair, and board member,” said Bob Moran. “I am amazed, overwhelmed, and humbled to receive the industry’s highest honor.”
